RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP (MD)No.19371 of 2022 dated 02.11.2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANANDAKUMAR.N, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S VEERANTHIRAN M, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19371 of 2022, dated 02.11.2022. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19371 of 2022, dated 02.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the first petitioner shall report before https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.567 of 2023 the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders; and the petitioners 2 and 3 shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
