Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.VENKATESHWARAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22926 of 2018 on 27.12.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22926 of 2018 on 27.12.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and after completion of the investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.22926 of 2018 on 27.12.2018 is modified and the petitioners https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

shall report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on each and every hearing date.
