PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to quash the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Ni.Mu.No.7411/2011, dated 05.12.2011. ORDER

Challenging the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Ni.Mu.No.7411/2011, dated 05.12.2011, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that, challenging the order dated 05.12.2011, the petitioner has preferred a revision before the Revisional Authority. He would further submit that pending revision, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now and that therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable and the same is liable to be dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.14238 of 2011 3.It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent that the 3rd respondent died.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to approach the Revisional Authority to workout his remedy. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
