The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking for a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.10 of 2019 of Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell, Madurai District. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, prayed six months time to file a final report.

3.While recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell, Madurai District, is also directed to expedite the investigation and file final report in Crime No.10 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
