O R D E R
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction as against the the third respondent herein to issue receipts for all the works done and donations made by the petitioner to Arulmighu Subramania Swamy Thirukovil Valliyur, Thirunelveli including the renovation of temple car and donation of temple car clothes in the name of the petitioner as Hugdar of Vila Poojai Kattalai and continue to do the same.
2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The petitioner, claiming to be a Hereditary Hugdar of Vila Pooja Kattalai of Arulmighu Subramania swamy Thirukovil Valliyur, Thirunelveli District, has made a representation on 22.03.2025, seeking to issue receipts for all the works done and donations made by the 2/4
petitioner, including the renovation of temple car and donation of temple car clothes, in the name of the petitioner as Hugdar of Vila Poojai Kattalai and continue to do the same.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 22.03.2025 would be considered in accordance with law.
5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 22.03.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
