ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an order, under which, the penalty was imposed as against the petitioner's company for exceeding demand and energy quota for service connection No.162.

2. According to the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, the amount demanded in the impugned bill has been paid by the writ petitioner at the time of dis-mantling of the electricity service connection in the year 2017. Hence, nothing survives in the present writ petition.

3. Therefore, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 13.07.2022 2/4
