O R D E R

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute between him and the fourth respondent.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, would submit that no complaint was received from the fourth respondent and that the Police are not harassing the petitioner. 3.However, the main contention of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent is threatening him to vacate the premises, which was mortgaged in his favour.

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.500 of 2021 4.In the facts and circumstances of the present case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 02.01.2021 submitted by the petitioner and also follow the guidelines issued in the decision in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610.

5.With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
