This Civil Revision Petition is filed for an early disposal of I.A.No.106 of 2022 in O.S.No.45 of 2022, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ottanchathiram, within the time fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioners, as plaintiffs filed a suit in O.S.No.45 of 2022, before the District Munsif Court, Ottanchathiram as against the respondents for the relief of permanent injunction. Pending the suit, the petitioners filed I.A.No.106 of 2022, for appointment of Advocate 2/5

Commissioner. The grievance of the petitioners is that though the trial Court was pleased to allow the application, due to non-cooperation of the respondents 3 and 5, the inspection could not be completed. 3.Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents submits that due to nonavailability of Surveyor, there is some delay occurs. He undertakes that the respondents will co-operate for an early disposal of I.A.No.106 of 2022 in O.S.No.45 of 2022, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ottanchathiram, without any further delay.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Civil Revision Petition, with a direction to the learned District Munsif, Ottanchathiram to dispose of I.A.No.106 of 2022 in O.S.No.45 of 2022, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
