ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to take action against the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.(MD) No.14191 of 2021 dated 13.08.2021.

2.The 3rd respondent herein has filed a report enclosing photographs of the Chatram, which appears to be a small building housing 'Samathi' of the deceased Esakkiyadum Perumal, S/o.Chellam @ Packiyam Ammal. The photographs indicate that access is available to everybody. Therefore, the contention that there is a contempt in compliance with the order dated 13.08.2021 in W.P.(MD) No.14191 of 2021 is devoid of merits.
