ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.182 of 2017 of Tirunelveli Police Station, and quash the same.

2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, would submit that all further proceedings are dropped in FIR in Crime No.182 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent.

3.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
