PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent herein in his proceedings in Ka.No.Umipo/Pa/Kallikudi/Ko/A.No.581/2011, dated 21.11.2011 and quash the same and consequently directing the first respondent herein to provide electricity connection to the petitioner's house in Door.No.2/371, Kurayur, Kallikudi, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District.

O R D E R

This writ petition is filed directing the first respondent herein to provide electricity service connection to the petitioner's house in Door.No.2/371, Kurayur, Kallikudi, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District.

2.Today(01.04.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that electricity service connection has already been provided to the petitioner and hence, nothing survives in this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
