2.He circulates a copy of G.O.(Ms)No.220, dated 04.04.2022 and G.O(D)No.526, dated 18.11.2022 revoking the suspension of the appellant in one case unconditionally and the second case upon imposition of punishment. He states that this order has attained finality. Copies are supplied to the learned Counsel for the appellant enabling him to get instructions. 3.Call on 07.07.2023 as first item."
2. The matters were adjourned at the instance of the learned counsel for the appellant, who had sought time on the last occasion to obtain instructions. Today, there is no appearance on their behalf. 2/4
