2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The respondent herein filed D.V.C.No.13 of 2017 before the Judicial Magistrate, Srivaigundam. More than four years have elapsed. Till date, it has not been disposed of. Statute expects that such a complaint will be disposed of within a period of two months. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaigundam, Thoothukudi District is directed to dispose of D.V.C.No.13 of 2017 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the next hearing date.
