RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.1410 of 2019 dated 30/01/2019 as the petitioners shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.VIKRAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed by the petitioner to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1410 of 2019, dated 30.01.2019. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that if the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified, the investigation cannot be completed.

as to appear before the Judicial Magistrate does not arise at this stage.
