RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.1926 of 2019 dated 06/02/2019 by directing the petitioner/ accused no.5 to produce a ordinary surety before the Learned Judicial Magistrate Palani, Dindigul District instead of blood related surety. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.INDRACHITHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed by the petitioner to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1926 of 2019, dated 06.02.

2019. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that all the petitioners, except this petitioner, have executed the sureties and released on bail. Since the mother and father of this petitioner died, the petitioner was unable to produce the blood related surety before the Judicial Magistrate Court as ordered by this Court. Further, the petitioner's only sister is also married and went to his matrimonial home and she has no property in her name. Hence, he prayed to modify the sureties as ordinary surety instead of blood related surety.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on 06.02.2019 by this Court, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall produce the blood related surety who shall produce a copy of Ration Card and also produce a copy of the proof for any bank deposit for a sum of Rs.5,000/- instead of production of document relating to the property in his/her name. In other respects, the order dated 06.02.2019 remains unaltered.
