This petition is filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted by the District and Session Court, Thanjavur, in Crl.M.P.No.5418 of 2021 dated 20.11.2021 to the respondent No.2. 2.It appears that there was no proper representation on the part of the petitioner for several hearings. So, the matter was ordered to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 20.06.2022 and on that date, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was listed today. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3..Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for default.
