This Second Appeal has been filed against the Judgment and Decree, dated 18.01.2005 and made in A.S.No.101 of 2004 on the file of the 1st Subordinate Court at Madurai, reversing the judgment and decree dated 05.02.2004 made in O.S.No.133 of 2000 on the file of the Court of the District Munsif No.1 at Usilampatti.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of the appellants. The appellants remained absent for the second time. 3.In view of the above, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
