This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the first respondent to transfer the case in Crime No.610 of 2020 on the file of the third respondent to second respondent and to recover the jewels involved in the alleged occurrence in the File No: C2/43931/479/2021, dated 14.11.2022 in Crime No.610 of 2020.

2. The respondent Official is present before this Court and she would submit that the official Memorandum issued by the Additional Director General of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Chennai, has been received by the respondent herein recently and the same is under process and the further action will be taken.

Recording the said submission made by the respondent side, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to proceed with the matter and depending upon the out come of the enquiry, further action may be taken within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
