ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 take appropriate action based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2025 in the light of the dictum laid down by the Honble Supreme Court of India in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh & Ors reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 and 2 take appropriate action based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2025, in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
