He has filed an affidavit dated 18.07.2023 requesting that the Writ Appeal may be allowed and that he has not pursued the relief sought in the Writ Petition any further. 2.In light of the aforesaid, this Writ Appeal is allowed and a direction is issued to the appellants to process the pensionary proposal and disburse the same in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order.
