This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 15.06.2015 in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner is also not co-operating for the enquiry.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the petitioner is also directed to co-operate for the enquiry.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
