O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry in the alleged complaint given by said Prabhakaran, Son of Senbagalingam, Vasantham Nagar, Uppolmadam, Nagercoil in Crime No.259 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's brother has fallen in love with a girl and both of them have eloped and under the guise of enquiry, the petitioner and his father are harassed. He also submitted that his father has been taken into illegal custody.

4. The respondent concerned cannot harass the petitioner or his father and they cannot be taken into custody under the guise of enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
