This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to produce the seized the petitioner's two wheeler vehicle bearing registration No.TN-72-AL-9309 Hero Honda Splender Plus Bike before the concerned learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Srivaikundam for enabling the petitioner to get back custody of the vehicle in connection with Crime NO.167 of 2015, on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that the vehicle was produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Srivaikundam on 16.06.2015.
