ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 03.10.2011 passed by the first respondent in C.P.No.183 of 1995 in favour of the second respondent.

2.This Court, while entertaining the writ petition, has granted an order of stay on 21.12.2011. However, subsequently, for non-serving of the summons to the second respondent, this Court dismissed the writ petition for default on 07.12.2012, as against the second respondent. Though this writ petition was dismissed as against the contesting second respondent, the petitioner has not taken any steps for filing appropriate petition. 3.Since the second respondent is the contesting respondent and no steps having been taken by the petitioner to restore the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.14609 of 2011 dismissal order passed against the second respondent, no further order is required in this writ petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
