This petition is filed for a direction to change the investigation from the first respondent to the second respondent and to direct him to file final report.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already the case in crime No.319 of 2012, on the file of the respondent police has been closed as Action Dropped on 02.11.2012. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
