This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned FIR in Crime No.11 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same so far as the petitioners are concerned.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that already the case in crime No.11 of 2015 has been closed as Action Dropped on 19.06.2018.

3.Recording the said submission, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
