Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VILLAVANKOTHAI T, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17465 of 2021 on 16.11.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17465 of 2021 on 16.11.2021 is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
