ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed to direct the respondent nos.1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner based on the representation dated 05.01.2026 made before the respondents nos.1 to 3.

2. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with. 2/6

The land dispute prevailing between the petitioner and the private respondents, in which the private respondents are disturbing the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment over the property comprised in various survey numbers, which was purchased by him from the respondents 4 to 8 by registered sale deed bearing Document No.1185 of 2022 on 16.03.2022. After having sold the property to the petitioner, now they are insisting the petitioner to reconvey the property to them and they are hindering the petitioner's enjoyment. Hence, this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the issue is with regard to money dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents. In this regard, enquiry has been conducted and closed on 13.01.2026.

5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the nature of the dispute involved and it is clearly a money transaction which had arisen out of a money dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents, this Court do not find any merit in this case.
