ORDER

Both the writ petitions have been filed seeking to quash the orders, under which permission was rejected for the petitioner association to conduct a public meeting and for arranging blood donation camp in the year 2012, citing law and order problem that was prevailing in the year 2012.

2. Considering the length of time, no orders could be passed in the present writ petition after a period of 10 years. In case if the petitioner wishes to approach the authorities, he is at liberty to do so for conducting a meeting and blood donation camp as on today. The authorities shall exercise the discretion considering the present law and order situation.

3. With the above said observations, both the writ petitions are dismissed. No costs.
