This petitions has been filed praying to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.121 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions, would submit that charge sheet has been filed and that the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Magistrate to consider the charge sheet in Crime No.121 of 2012 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
