Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21895 of 2018 on 07.01.2019.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21895 of 2018 on 07.01.2019 regularly and he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.21895 of 2018 on 07.01.2019 is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
