COMPLAINANT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extent the time to execute the order of this Honourable Court imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.944 of 2019 dated 23/01/2019 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.BALAMURUGAPANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Due to non availability of sureties and illness, the petitioners are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.944 of 2019 dated 23.01.2019.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 23.01.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.944 of 2019 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
