2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is reported by the learned Counsel on either side that the challenge is made against the criminal proceedings in C.C.No.149 of 2016, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate (FTC ML), Karaikudi and now the proceedings have been concluded and the accused have also been acquitted.
