The learned Additional Advocate General representing on behalf of the respondents would submit that steps are being taken to approach the Hon'ble Supreme Court as against the order in the writ appeal in W.A(MD)No.74119 of 2024. It is made clear that if it will be opened for the respondents to file such appeal, and if nothing is progressing on the next occasion, the Court will proceed further with the contempt application as prayed for longer time is granted. 2.Considering the nature of the assembly elections, very long time as prayed for by the Additional Advocate General is granted. 3.Call this matter on 01.06.2026.
