The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition stating that he had circulated a letter dated 26.07.2021 to the Registry to that effect.

2.Recording the letter dated 26.07.2021 and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
