ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner for providing compassionate appointment.

2. The father of the writ petitioner Late K.Ramakrishnan was working as Village Watcher and died on 27.12.2016. The petitioner submitted an application seeking compassionate appointment on 19.12.2019 within a period of three years. Therefore, the eligibility of the petitioner for extending the benefit of the scheme of compassionate appointment is to be considered by the respondents by strictly following the terms and conditions. Thus, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner in consonance with the claim of compassionate appointment and take a decision as expeditiously as possible.
