J U D G M E N T
(Judgment of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) The learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent have submitted that the issue raised in this appeal became infructuous because after the order of suspension which was challenged before the Writ Court and rejected through the order impugned in this writ appeal, the disciplinary proceedings ended in penalty, ie., major punishment of removal from service has been inflicted against the petitioner by order dated 08.02.2017, which has been produced by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 2.In view of the same, since the issue of suspension has got ended with the punishment imposed against the petitioner/appellant, nothing survives in this writ appeal. Hence, it is disposed of accordingly, however, with liberty to the appellant to work out his 2/4
remedy against the order of removal made against him, if he has not already worked out the same. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
