The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking for a direction to the respondent police to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and also to remove materials put by the third and fourth respondents in front of his shop.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, would contend that the complaint submitted by the petitioner, dated 17.11.2020 was considered in Current Paper No.G4/42929/1235/2020 by the Police and also intended to take proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
