O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition to direct the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.1062 of 2018, at the earliest.

2.According to the revision petitioner, the respondent has filed H.M.O.P.No.1062 of 2018, on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, for restitution of conjugal rights. The matter has been pending for the past two years without any progress. Therefore, the petitioner has come out with the present Civil Revision Petition.

3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner and perused the materials available on record. 4.Taking into consideration the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, to dispose of the petition as expeditiously as possible.

5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself with a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.1062 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible, on merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
