Registry had posted these matters on 02.07.2018 before this Court under the caption "for default cases" and on that date, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought some more time to rectify the defects as pointed out by the Registry. In view of the said submission, this Court granted time till 12.07.2018 for rectifying the defects. The matters are again listed today before this Court for non-compliance of the order issued by this Court, dated 02.07.2018.

2. A perusal of the documents would show that the petitioner has not taken steps in respect of the defects pointed out by the Registry, within the stipulated time and therefore, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this Court is of the view that the petitioners are not at all interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, both the CMP(MD). Nos.12021 and 12022 of 2016 are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the CRP(MD).SR.Nos.16955 and 16949 of 2014 shall stand rejected.
