ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.) The matter in issue pertains to the non-issuance of the Hindu Scheduled Tribes Malaivedan Community certificate in favour of the four children of the writ petitioner.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader today submitted the proceedings of the Dindigul District Scrutiny Committee, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.772 of 2020 25.02.2020, in and by which, a request made in this regard came to be rejected and also served upon the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, who prays for liberty to challenge the said proceedings in accordance with law.
3. The proceedings of the Dindigul District Scrutiny Committee, dated 25.02.2020, are taken on file and record.
4. In the light of the said development, nothing remains for further adjudication in this writ petition and therefore, it is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the proceedings of the Dindigul District Scrutiny Committee, dated 25.02.2020 in accordance with law, before the competent Forum. No costs.
