The Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the contemnors/respondents for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in A.S(MD)No.22 of 2009, dated 27.03.2014.

2. Mr.Veera Kathiravan, learned Additional Advocate General would submit that the S.L.P., filed against the order in W.A(MD) No.902 of 2021 was dismissed by the Honourable Supreme Court on 21.03.2022. Pursuant to the same, the fourth respondent has issued proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1786/R1/2022, dated 22.03.2022, offering to register the document namely the decree of this Court in A.S(MD) No.22 of 2009.

In view of the said compliance, this Contempt Petition is closed.
