Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
2. The petitioner herein had earlier filed W.P(MD)No.8399 of 2024 for the very same relief. The said writ petition was disposed of by us by noting that the fish hatchery farm in survey No.309/1 was established some ten years ago and that therefore, no direction can be passed at this point of time. When this issue had already been gone into by us, it is not open to the petitioner to seek readjudication of the very same issue. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
