ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking relief for a direction to the third respondent to refix the seniority of the petitioner in 1/3
accordance with the Syndicate Resolution No.10, dated 11.08.199 and pass appropriate orders.
2.The writ petitioner was appointed as SWG in Strong Room in Madurai Kamaraj University, on 10.11.1994 vide order dated 10.11.1994. The grievance of the petitioner is that the seniority has not been fixed, as per the University Service Regulation and as per the Resolution passed by the Syndicate. In this regard, the writ petitioner has submitted a representation dated 22.09.2011 and the said representation is yet to be considered. 3.This being the factum, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to direct the third respondent to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 22.09.2011 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the said representation and all other connected documents along with the order passed by this Court. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
