Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioner herein is permitted to withdraw 50% of the award amount with accrued interest which was deposited in MCOP No. 281 of 2022 dated 23.02.2024 on the file of the Special Sub Court/ Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Madurai
