This Criminal Original Petition is filed to pass orders to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai in Crl.M.P.No.7160 of 2023 dated 01.07.2023 and to direct the second Respondent to register a case on the complaint of the Petitioner dated 27.06.2023.

2.It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, had directed the second Respondent to act as per the reported ruling of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalitha kumari's case and to file the final report before the Court on or before 30.08.2023.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the Respondent Police had filed the final report on 28.12.2023. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The Petitioner 2/4

shall approach the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai and file appropriate petition, if she is so advised. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, shall hear the Petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the petition to be filed by the Petitioner, if any.
