Respondent PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.7984/Aa3/12, dated 22.08.2012 and to quash the same as illegal in so far as it relates to the insistence that the pay bill has to be signed by the principal also is concerned and consequently, to direct the respondent to release salary grant to the staff of the college by accepting the pay bill signed by the secretary. The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the respondent herein, wherein, the writ petitioner's power to sign the salary bills has been taken away and it was conferred upon the Principal of the College.

2.Now, according to the writ petitioner, nothing survives to be adjudicated.

3.Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
