ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent herein to expedite the investigation of the case in Crime No.221 of 2013 and to file a final report within the time frame stipulated by this Court forthwith. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the State. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court considers it appropriate to direct the second respondent police

to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.221 of 2013, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is required to co-operate with the investigation in this case.

4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
