Seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.31/2023 to any other independent investigation agency with the time stipulated by this Court, this Criminal original petition is filed. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.31 of 2023 has been completed and final report has also been filed and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.861 of 2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam.
3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to file a petition under Section 193(9) of BNSS seeking further investigation.
