COMMON JUDGMENT The learned counsel for the appellants would submit that both the appellants in S.A(MD)No.714 of 2006 and the sole appellant in S.A(MD)No.804 of 2006 passed away. Though he sent letters to their legal heirs, there is no response from them. Hence, he could not take steps.

2. In view of the above submission, these Second Appeals are dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
